‘Misery to Mutiny’ – a poem

Misery to Mutiny

Time withers so silently;
Inside is pure cacophony.
Bound by strict calligraphy;
I’ve mastered my misery.
Time passes so aimlessly;
Mirrors taunt me shamelessly.
Whilst now I stand by dutifully;
One day I’ll rise in mutiny.
Listen, World: one day you’ll see;
I’ll conquer my misery.
Yes; life will pass by beautifully:
That day I rise in mutiny.
